How do I change my address for waste collection?

Please let us know straight away when you move address so your account details are up to date.

To change your address you'll need to get in touch with our customer services team so they can update your record. When this is confirmed we will let you know your new collection times, if appropriate, and provide you will all the relevant materials.

If your new address is outside of Westminster, we will need to discuss the termination of your contract.
