How to dispose of stationery

Its a shame to throw away surplus stationery since it is often easily reused. If surplus stationery cannot be reused within your business, please contact a local school, community group or charity who often welcome used stationery for reuse. If you need help locating a suitable organisation needing stationery then please contact us for assistance.

Alternatively, you can recycle broken or surplus pens, markers, highlighters and correction fluid via this specialist take-back scheme.  Paper stationery such as dividers, boxes etc can be recycled (see paper) via our regular collections. Stationery made from other materials should be disposed of as general waste so please do not place this into your recycling bin or bag.

This guide can be useful in helping you promote environmental sustainability within your business.
